  2. Well please can you publish one do each side? Just wonder why it’s for one side only. It doesn’t help to estimate time and no clear break/hints among each workout. I have to keep my eyes on all the time otherwise i will miss something. It might no be a problem to the ones who already have experience but it’s a problem to beginners such as me
