Girl Butt Workout: for Sexy Butt and Legs!

Heres a great exercise to obtain a good butt and attractive thighs. Do 30 bouncing squats, 20 Bouncing lunges for each leg, 30 Jumping Lunges, 10 1 leg squats for each leg, 30 Glaciers Skaters. Continue doing this exercise 2-3 more instances for an excellent home butt exercise. You can perform it 4-5x for each week.

  1. You dyed your hair Vickie! Ugh, I’m working hard man. Started using 10 pound weights for my lower body exercises, and I do your abs routine. My only problem is eating clean most of the time. I can’t drop my potato chip addiction haha.
