  1. Hello. I really like the exercise routine. I am definitely going to try it but as a suggestion, it was so frustrating trying to watch your foot position and technique because the camera kept moving. Please tell your camera person to keep the camera steady and not zoom so much because then we can’t see how you do the exercise. Thanks.

  2. This hurts and makes me feel like throw up😷 but damn I want my butt to be shaped! For beginners I suggest doing it once at first then later on doing the whole exercise twice , and so on!

  3. I’m on my 5th day. Yeaaa! But I always skip in jumping ropes. My thighs and legs were aching as well as my butt. I’m afraid that my legs would look bigger. Just wanna ask, why my legs ache?

    • You cant just do one exercise, you need to shock the muscle with each session, find 10 exercises you can do for your glutes, and do 4 of them for one training session. 5 sets of 15-20 reps, do the rep very slowly, try counting to 6 for the down motion and then another 6 seconds for the up motion. Do this with every exercise and you should see some growth over a few months and see how it goes.
